What if I miss day 1?
You can start either one day or make today day one. We recommend that you just jump into whatever day we are running and join the team. We typically program in 6-week blocks, with notes in the program to accommodate people who join mid-cycle.
What kind of programming is this?
There are multiple programs within the subscription to accommodate every goal. Whether you prefer to chase Endurance, Strength, Aesthetics, Functional Fitness or a blend of everything, there is likely a program to match your goal.
Do I get one on one coaching?
If you have questions, there is a chat feature right within the app that you can ask. You can also message Brandon directly. However, if you are looking for a 1-on-1 program complete with nutrition guidance and support, shoot Brandon a message and he can go over what platinum coaching looks like.
